I bought a water wall feature in June 2021 which did not work properly. Meredyth on customer services has been excellent. Primrose tried every thing to resolve the issue and when unable to do so they offered a replacement. They have been awaiting new stock which has been constantly delayed ever since, However Meredyth has kept me regularly updated and informed re expected delivery times. I really can t fault her amazing support. Very many thanks, customer service at its very best.
