The delivery system failed to do the next day, but Primrose stood up and refunded the difference in postage, without even my asking. To me, that is the mark of a good company, thank you, based on my experience. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have had a few problems with safe delivery of product which was damaged on delivery. Contact with the company was excellent and replacement was very swift. Well done Primrose.
