I had an awful experience
I had an awful experience with my delivery driver there was a mix-up I paid for delivery at the store when I purchased my furniture but when the driver came to deliver my furniture he also expected a fee and I think that Kane's is offering their communication I waited almost three months for my couch I was never told was it ever gave any updates about when the council even arrived I had to almost call and cancel my order before I could ever really realize that the couch is showed up I'm very disappointed in service I will never shop there again for anything and I think it's very messed up that they don't have any type of great communication as far as thinking that customers will pay twice for delivery .
