The sales experience was great. The delivery guys were friendly and did a good job. Your customer service phone kept me on hold for 45 minutes only to tell me that my order didn’t exist and then hung up on me. You get a 5 star on 2 events and a piss poor on your phone people.

Love the new furniture! From the first of several visits to the store, Carol Streit in Fort Myers, FL walked us through the process. After the purchase everyone at the store helped us with the delivery. We are very happy with all. We will be back for our future furniture needs.
