This company sent all of the parts on a timely basis. The shipment came on one pallet since our pool was only 15ft. The directions can be tricky so have a person who has put in pools to help guide you. You Tube was a huge help. Now that the pool is up, we love it! The company gives good support for you, but reading directions are key. This company makes ordering a pool so easy! Just know what you are getting into setting it up. Once in, and there were some tricky times, it is great.
