Service was great, delivery on time. Recommend trying to get delivery as close to location of pool as possible as there are several large heavy boxes.

I was able to order everything online, but then since I had questions, I called and talked to a sales rep. He explained some things and made suggestions. The pool arrived when they said it would and all parts were there.
