Just opened the boxes to start that portion of my kitchen upgrade and One of the ~4' panels had the surface chipped off. There wasn't any pieces in the box, so must have been chipped prior to packaging.

Love the look but a bit disappointed with all the holes and splits in the wood we received.

This corner trim does the trick for outside corners, especially for uneven, imperfect walls. The cedar is fairly delicate, so not recommended for high traffic areas, but it worked great as a finish piece on my fireplace mantle.
