I had a carpenter install the Stick wood; One comment I kept hearing from him was that the cuts were not straight; the planks were not straight so it was hard to keep everything level; He had to cut them straight in order to use them. He took his time did the necessary cuts and the end result was beautiful. It is help to paint the wall first to match the color of the wood; there will be gaps. We had to go back and use color of wood paint to cover the gaps.

My daughter and I did this ourselves and it only took one day. A long day, but it does look great. There is definitely a learning curve to having the pieces fit on the wall and we did come across some funky pieces that could not be used, but I do love the finished product.

I really enjoyed my Weathered Wood Project. The only reason I gave the product 4 stars is that there were several board that were unusable in the mix due to damage or very different color. It would be helpful to be able to request that there be no damaged boards and to stick to the colors that are represented in the product images.
