I spoke with customer service regarding issues with a few pieces of flatware. They informed me they was still replaceable under its' 2 year warranty. They would be glad to order replacement pieces. I also ordered more to add my Sabra Flatware that are very exclusive and not sold just anywhere. Didrik has it all!

I had never heard of Didriks (I live in the Midwest), but in searching for a food mill, they came up on line as having the one that I'd finally decided on after reading multiple reviews. They had the food mill for the cheapest price plus free shipping. Even though I'd never heard of the store, I decided to take a chance. The on-line ordering process was smooth and I received the food mill in just a few days. I was very impressed. And I love the food mill!

The item I purchased, the Lekue Ice Box in white, was sold out everywhere else. Didricks had it in stock and shipped it to me quickly. I love it and it's easy to use with my arthritic hands.
