Originally I was looking to replace a broken set of martini glasses that I thought Didriks might carry. I was told that they did not carry the glass style or manufacturer in question and that the particular style had been discontinued. At the same time however, I was also looking to add a set of Picardie glass tumblers to our diminished number of glasses, and those Didriks did carry. Sam Bastille was the sales person who helped me and did so on a day when the store was closed to onsite shoppers. He met me at the door, saw the sample glass I had to show and went back to his stockroom and brought out just the glasses I wanted to purchase. Sam went above normal service we have all come to expect from retail help who are overworked and underpaid especially during these particularly stressful day of Covid challenges. I have always been happy with my previous purchases at Didriks and the friendly and knowledgeable staff members who helped me in the past. And I will always return for the kitchen and home goods needs that I have.

The product I bought online was very well packed, which has become quite rare. When it appeared it was slightly defective, the exchange was easy and prompt. Highly recommended business!
