Was not in stock, 3 days later I chased and the item was broken so they had to make a new one (6-week timeline).
5 weeks Later, we arranged for delivery for the 6th week. . . it fell of the back of the lorry, will take another 3 weeks to make a new one.
Was offered the new sofa, and 50% off, then changed their mind to 40%, then back to 50%.
A week later, we arranged delivery for the following week. . . . 2 days later, we received a refund and we canceled your order with no discussion.
All through he process I had to chase constantly and they were not forthcoming with info exactly, don't think their sofas exist couldn't send pictures of the "broken sofas" and would not recommend our approach again.
