My first order online was simple to place and easy to find what I needed for my sewing machine. Everything arrived as promised. My only feedback is that I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, only a shipment notification so I did wonder in the day or so between order and shipment if the order processed.

Amazing customer service.

I purchased an embroidery machine that was on back order (knowing it was on back order). The shop did offer an upgrade for free, tempting and nice that they offer it, but I was wanting a specific model. When it was time to ship, they called to inform me and could not have been nicer. I greatly appreciate Patti being flexible with me and ship it out the following week as I was out of town when they were going to ship. I would absolutely recommend this shop for sewing and embroidery needs.
