Not only is the product something I love and stand by, but the customer service has been a dream. The cap of my first bottle split and I reached out get a new cap, but the emails got lost in my junk mail and I totally forgot about it. Months later, they reached out to me again and just wanted to check in with me about if I still wanted a replacement! Most companies would have just let it slide if I had forgotten, but not Soma. They offered me not just a new cap, but a whole new bottle of my choice for free. They were so kind and patient working with me to ensure I had the best experience with their brand and I truly did! This is what it’s all about, people, building relationships with customers that gain their trust and loyalty. I will definitely continue to buy from this brand!

Soma's customer service was absolutely wonderful. My cap broke, so they sent me a new bottle for free. The customer service agent I talked with, Amalou, was so friendly and attentive. I love this water bottle, which is so sleek and stylish, and cannot recommend it enough!
