Customer Service in Direct Retail is Not Dead!
I had have been using SOMA filter/ pitcher for years and love them! Oy, recently have I had one problem and that was with some minor production issues of their new Ceramic Mugs — as can be expected with any natural material. With a few emails over a week with the support staff, I was mailed two replacement items at no charge and to keep the 1st two as needed.
The process was painless and I was part of the process all the way. This experience has made me a life-long SOMA user for life. I would recommend anyone to use SOMA products and they will amazed with quality of all the products they make.
