Since I live alone and am only here half time I have always tried to have my filters delivered every four months but Soma will not do that.

My mug was broken. I had a convo via email with customer service including a pic. Never heard anything back. Like I already said - guess these are way to fragile for a travel mug. And I wasted $30. Unable to upload photo for some reason

Order never arrived

Only wanted to exchange the pitcher I bought for a larger version. I made a mistake buying the wrong one. I went back and forth emailing an associate only for this person to tell me I can’t exchange it after quite a few emails. ???? If there is a time limit one might imagine that would be something to say from the get go. Anyway, not digging the vibe. And I was riding strong.

I cancelled all my subscriptions. I tried to purchase a new pitcher and my credit card was charged. I never received the pitcher and after 5 attempts to email customer service (since there is no phone number) someone finally answered me but never answered wtf happened + never sent out the item. This company unfortunately went down hill and I no longer recommend them.
