I sent in a response to your customer service department informing them of an error on my address. I sent the first request 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back, I sent a follow up this week and have still heard nothing. I’ve been a Soma customer for 3 years and you’ve always been extremely responsive, so I don’t know what’s going on. Tried to call as well but there doesn’t seem to be a phone number. I’m very disappointed with the service.

I recently ordered the soma water pitcher and am very disappointed. The lid is difficult to remove, almost impossible so it makes filling the pitcher difficult. Secondly, the spout drips all over the counter. I fill my coffee pot and half the water is on the counter. I would not recommend this product. I replaced my PUR water pitcher with the Soma and I regret it.

Sadly this coffee/tea brew bottle arrived shattered at my door. I could here the shards as I picked up the box. I opened the shipping box and there was zero protection materials. When I opened the Soma box, again zero materials to protect the item which has a metal brew basket inside. I emailed the company last week so waiting to here from Soma. I’d like to have the item but not if they are shipping it the same.

My pitcher leaks every time I pour water. Water seems to come over the top of the filter and spell out.

I have been looking for a simple way to make good coffee at work, and had been talking this up for the first week at my office. Yesterday I picked it up and bumped the side of my raised desk (not hard at all!) and it completely shattered. Coffee and glass all over my floor. It didn't hit a corner, didnt hit it hard, it was so weird! I'm hoping it was defunct in some way because I loved it and would love to get another.
