Incredibly difficult & frustrating

The ordering process was incredibly difficult. First I was shipped the wrong item. Then once that was returned I had to contact customer support multiple times to actually get what I originally ordered, each time I was told it was on its way... 2 weeks would go by and then I would ask again. The final time I contacted customer support they placed the order. All said it took 2 and a half months and 10 customer support requests.

A Long Wait....

I placed and paid for my order April 6th and the delivery date is May 15th? So over a month to receive my order? 🤔 Unacceptable.

Wrong Item & Impossible To Return

I was sent the wrong item and when I asked for the replacement along with a shipping label I was told I had to first return the item they sent. I was told they will not send a return label, and I don’t have a printer, so I’m stuck with your mistake.

Wrong color - no response

I like Soma. My girlfriend bought me one and I got another for my recording studio. I ordered black. I got white. This is my second response to a survey and no one has gotten back to me. Poor customer service could prohibit me from recommending this product. Perhaps I will hear from someone soon. Richard Green, Dissatisfied customer

Weird and Not Great Customer Experience

I ordered the white 10-cup pitcher and 2 filters but after a long time, I received the black pitcher (and 2 filters). When I emailed to see what my options were, I was told I would get a return label soon. Return label for what? The pitcher only? The whole order? Was the white one not in stock? Nothing was explained to me. I was not given any options (ie. Getting the white one shipped over, expedited? Getting a discount on the black one, should I want to keep it instead? If the 10-cup wasn't in stock, would I have wanted the 6-cup white pitcher?) It was incredibly confusing, unclear, unsatisfactory, and left a bad taste in my mouth. Thus I would not recommend buying this pitcher (at least from the site directly???). I also understand that staff are probably limited and stressed but I would've waited patiently (as I had already) for a better reply.
