I signed up for the mailing list to get a coupon code, which was promised but not received (though I did receive many marketing emails). Then after submitting a ticket, the response was delayed and then lost in spam when it finally arrived. I finally was able to order after receiving the code. Then, the shipment took over a week. Altogether a frustrating experience.

It looks and feels nice, and it's made of glass. But there's more branding and aesthetic style than proper design study and functionality in the bottle. It's hard to clean. It can't be used for hot beverages. Base is too narrow and rounded, making the bottle ridiculously unstable. The cap cracks at the slightest closing pressure or accidental bump, with no easy replacement. Thanks for sending me a new bottle to compensate for the cracked cap, but the problems described here prohibit me from going back to using one of your bottles. I'm selling it and trying a different brand.

The glass carafe works ok to filter water. However there is a huge issue with the accumulation of mold on the inside of the filter if not washed at least once in 3 days.

Still taste and smell chlorine.
