Customer Service is great. Website was easy to navigate. Shipping was quick. The products are sleek and beautiful in design, however, the quality is not quite what it should be for the cost of the product. One of the three items I ordered was defective and leaked. Customer Service was quick to replace it for me once I sent pictures.

Ordering and shipping went smoothly! The design is nice looking and easy to use. My one complaint is that the design does not work well with low flow/green taps - the top does not drop to allow water to flow in and thus needs a tap to work properly. I still use and enjoy my Soma but if I forget to tap the top then I just waste water down the drain.

I let go of my Brita because this one is so pretty. I like that the cap automatically closes when it’s full, but I don’t like that you can’t pour anything while it’s filtering. Before you look at me like “duh” - When my brita was sealed I could pour whatever was filtered already. It takes long to filter. On the plus side It is beautiful, and the water tastes great, I am picky about water flavors and this one is good for me.

I love my Soma water filter, it looks great on the counter and is pretty easy to clean. Only reason I hold out on 5 stars is the filters aren't compostable (yet). Looking forward to an even more sustainable water filter Soma!
