Was so excited for my water filter. It does it’s job but I had higher expectations with the price I paid for it. Kind of disappointed.

I love the look of the pitcher but I find it drips when pouring more often than a Britta. And sometimes the circle on top where water is poured in gets stuck.

I love the idea I’ve owned 4 pitchers by you guys but they all have been faulty. Like the flap where water comes out makes it so water spews out everywhere. I love the mission of the company but it is very annoying. Also a few months back I reached out to you guys and never got any feedback.

Good looking site but your add to cart success messaging isn't obvious

We like the look of the object, but have been less than impressed with the pouring functions. Lots of spilling / inaccuracy.
