Fast delivery but did not receive an order placed email or dispatch email. Regular lightweight towels - l was expecting heavyweight towels as they are advertised as ‘Spa’ towels. Absolutely fine if you want lightweight towels that don’t take up much space. Have kept one set as was hoping they would fluff up once washed but have sent second set back. Cost £8.99 to return towels.... now waiting on the refund.

Quality is not there for the money

I liked the quality of the bed sheets - good thread count and reasonably soft. The stitching didn't feel premium. What we had a big problem with was the sizing, which was way off. The fitted sheet was extremely loose on our mattress (nothing to do with the depth, the corner stitching didn't match at all with the corners of the mattress). Even accounting for shrinkage after a hot wash, there is no way it could have fit. Although I was aware that return shipping wouldn't be covered by Tielle, I felt like it wasn't fair that I would have to pay for it when the sizing is out of my control and incorrect. Paypal could have probably covered the cost of return shipping but I didn't pay with Paypal this time as I trusted the bed sheets would be everything I wanted. I don't think I would order again because of the not so good shopping experience, but I still think you make good products.

I was very disappointed that the towels continually frayed with lines of cotton regularly coming off. Would not buy again.
