Poor quality towels, will return them

Towels were out of stock so a different type were provided - I was told that this was an upgrade but it wasn’t at towels were the same price. While i was waiting an offer started for a free item with purchases over a certain amount but I wasn’t sent the gift. So not the product I ordered, late and when I fed this back nothing was done. I was already a customer and have spent quite a lot this year so very disappointed
