Shipping quick and all pieces and instructions included. These mats were in addition to the step mats that we already had. Customers need to be able to order the mats with either right or left plug in because turning them upside down is not an option. Causes a bit of a trip hazard where the plugs are for senior citizens like us and our friends.

Great communication and service. The mat seems very durable and is very comfortable to walk on. The size was just right for our needs. the price was higher than others so we are limited that way. but very happy over all.

Instead of buying more calcium chloride for my walk way each winter, I purchase another Heat Trak! Linking them down the steps and towards the driveway. Living through a NH winter made ez!
