Always a good experience. When we had an issue with one of the mats the customer service was excellent. The mat was replaced immediately under the warranty. Very happy with the service.

We are in the snow belt and have a sizable wood deck which always is a challenge keeping safe for foot traffic. These mats have been a massive improvement in safety. The only challenge I had in the configuration is that the mats are all designed with one input and one output. This presented a challenge in making two separate runs based on the mat sizes that best fit into my configuration thus requiring more 20” extensions than what was initially defined by the pdf configuration manual. Luckily it all worked out!
