The location was definitely a winner for me! I stayed in the Brooklyn Heights location. I had an internship in SOHO and it only took me about 15-20 minutes to get to work everyday, including walking. Not to mention it's a beautiful and quiet area located minutes away from DUMBO/Downtown Brooklyn. Can't beat it! The housing itself isn't bad for a short term stay, just your typical dorm setup. However, I did have an ant problem. They were all over my bed! I went to the front desk and they weren't even surprised, meaning it must be a very common issue. They just gave me raid to use and didn't even offer to spray my room, so be aware of that. Overall, I found the front desk to be very unhelpful. Other then that however, I enjoyed my stay and will probably be returning next year (primarily because I loved Brooklyn Heights).

I stayed at EHS for a week to wrap up my intern program. The dorm was in a very convenient location. The recreational and living areas downstairs provided community along with quiet areas which was much needed. As far as the actual room goes, it’s a dorm room. My bed did squeak unbearable but other than that it was a nice stay.

Overall, I enjoyed living at Cooper Square because of the location, spacious accommodations, fitness center, and laundry facilities; however, the guest policies are difficult to follow and the management is pretty serious about people following the rules. Not great for having friends come to visit.

Clean, organized, but a little small. Excellent location
