The advertised 365 day guarantee is a complete sham. When I return furniture to a reputable retailer I get 100% of my money back. When I return to kardiel, they estimate I will get 50% back at best, and wont even tell me how much I will get back. And I have to pack it myself.

I team arrived 6 month later than expected, the quality was below pathetic. Attached table to the sofa is unusable, does not stay straight & I’m still looking for a local repair person to find a solution to this defected product
