The worst sofa I ever purchased! Hard; uncomfortable, cheaply made. And very difficult to return. Tried reaching out to CEO and got little help as he was “away.” Warning buy at your own risk.

Kiana was outstanding. Customer service is great. Ultimately, the purchase was not fulfilled due to EFW. I hope Kardiel moves away from this shipping service in the future.

I was disappointed by the customer service received. The item didn’t show the large cracks on the top when I looked online. When I received the item I told the customer service team it didn’t look like it does online they still said there was nothing they could do. I feel strongly that I shouldn’t have to pay $175 in return shipping when it clearly looked different in person. I even offered to split the return shipping.

We received refurbished table and replacement table arrived cracked. Still don’t have the normal table and after asking for reimbursement we found out that we will not get the shipping money back. It is almost 200$!!!
