Took 6 months to get my order deliver …. Hope they can do something to correct this un appreciate it way of do business, they took my money and no furniture for 6 months

Horrible customer service

My purchase order was delayed by the shipping company that was grossly unprofessional in their customer service department because they failed to call me with the delay in shipment of my order and Kardiel didn’t reach out to me to inform me of a delay in shipping, which prove their customer service is NON EXISTENT and once they receive your payment your on your own,and you’ll have to fend for yourself with a third rate shipping company that prove their ineptitude and incompetence by their action and deeds.
