Dealing with Kardiel has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever encountered. From poor delivery to horrible customer service, every aspect of my interaction with this company has been riddled with issues.

Too big, impossible process to return. Still haven’t received my minuscule refund after months. Customer service don’t respond

First and last time that I’ll use Kardiel. You could’ve had a significant, long-term customer if it wasn’t for the terrible customer service I experienced with your company.

Our item was damaged in shipping, and Kardiel consistently blamed me for the damage and took no accountability. I realistically recognize this is likely a rare circumstance, but I would not yake the risk of buying from them.
