Love the look of this couch but if you want to binge watch your favorite show, this isn't the couch to do it on.

The couch we ordered looks nice on their website but is very uncomfortable. Everyone that sits on it comments immediately about how hard the seating is and how it has poor back support. The couch is also cheaply made and the bottom frame didn’t fit the couch properly. The coffee table looks nice but came broken due to poor packaging and shipping. The one good thing was that Kardiel replaced the broken legs on the coffee table quickly. Long story short, this was overly expensive and disappointing.

While I was excited to have the reproduction George Nelson Ball Clock, the clock did not work. When taken out of the box the hands flopped around and were never able to actually function as a clock. What a disappointment! Great look and is the right time twice daily.

"White Glove" delivery is a total joke. Delivery company was mean and nasty. Took 2 weeks longer than promised to deliver. Sofa is beautiful, but hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Tripod Chairs, again, beautiful, but absolutely impossible to put together. If I wanted hours of frustration with putting furniture together, I would have gone to IKEA. Not an upscale experience in any way. Disappointing.

The couch I received was nice but around week 2, a section of it was sagging and ask Kardiel to replace the specific section about 10 days ago and they have not responded.
