Dealing with Kardiel was easy. I just wish it was a comfortable sofa.

Damaged goods and mediocre customer service experience when reported.

People on the phone we’re nice though delivery was confusing as it was scheduled we were called and no one ever showed up the following day when we checked on where the table was it took hours for them to locate and set up delivery again

Hardly could search emails with key words like shipped etc because I couldn’t remember ‘Kardiel’ every time I went to check on shipping that took months…

Why am I being asked to review this again? I reviewed it back in the fall after I returned it
