We have a crease in our couch and went thru client support to address. Ended up that this is a design flaw. Client support was fantastic and worked it’s us to find a solution. Sent a third party upholstery guy that took couch apart and discovered the design flaw. Client support offered to get the couch fixed at upholstery shop but we’d have to handle the pickup/delivery. We ended up taking the $500 credit instead. We love our couch but Frank let the crease after 3 days, gave us buyers remorse and it wasn’t cheap.
