The sofa is too firm that it's not comfortable to sit on. After sitting on it too long, my bum started to get numb. Add insult to injury, the back rests are thin so they easily form out of shape. I would not purchase this sofa again. Never again buying a sofa online.

We purchased a sofa and received 3 of the 4 legs in poor condition. They were covered in glue, I believe, and reached out to CS. After days of waiting (while having our couch laying in our living room floor), we were told "We have heard back from our team regarding our concern :: is it possible for custi to try to scrape off? Can use fingernail or gently with a razor blade. Have they tried some Goof Off or Goo Gone -- we can send if she likes but can be found at local grocery Please advise." I found this response pretty annoying, honestly. You spend over 3k on a couch (that's made in China apparently) you kinda expect it to arrive without 3 of the 4 legs looking pretty rough.

The chairs I purchased are terrific. Getting them was frustrating. I purchased them based on the representation as to when I would receive them. They ended up being over a month late, and then delivered to someone else on the opposite coast (the Atlantic, instead of the Pacific). The service was polite but unhelpful — it was like, “their late; sorry about that.” No explanation. No effort to expedite their delivery once they had them, though they clearly could have done so.

Showed up damaged and still hasn’t been fixed after a few months now.

Not the good quality I expected in the description. The lining is also cheap paper -like material rather than cloth. Sofa squeaks when you sit on it. Also, there should be something to help the two parts of the sofa to stay together - they keep separating and creating a gap. I would return it, but I don’t have all the packaging. The design is nice, but I’ve had better quality custom sofas for less and I regret not getting a custom sofa made. It would have been worth it..
