First of all the couch is beautiful, the velvet is very soft, and it’s very comfortable. But! I will say that I am slightly disappointed in the color. I ordered Persian blue, which according to the photos is supposed to be a deep, dark navy-the actual color is a much lighter blue. So perhaps more realistic and accurate stock photos would be a good thing to consider.

I love the look of our new couch. I waited forever for it. It is a midcentury dream. But, it really is hard and uncomfortable. Worse yet, weird black plastic-like "threads" travel out of the tufted button areas on the seat which I gave to push back in with a blunt object.

Shipping is way way to pricey. Shipping & store customer service were not helpful and the items took a lot longer than promised to be delivered. I won’t order from this company again.

Delivery was longer than expected and there was no communication

My unit arrived scratched. They deployed someone to “fix” it but the scratch remains. Never heard back after that.
