Excellent customer service and response time from Kardiel and would definitely recommend them and their products to everyone. The only issue, which was a BIG ISSUE, was with the shipment company (EFW Shipment Track) which I do not wish on my worst enemy - this company is comprised of a group of unreliable, lying, rude, and irresponsible employees AND supervisors. Highly suggest Kardiel pick a different shipping company with which to work.

Great look and excellent delivery service

I'm glad I ordered the 4 tulip chairs and matching table, but was disappointed in the quality of the marble. Upon delivery, and with the delivery person helping to unpack and examine the table top, no obvious flaws were visible. It was only after the top was placed on its pedestal in my kitchen that I noticed a 12+inch crack. Further examination revealed more cracks, visible but not a threat to the integrity of the marble. I know that this is budget marble but obvious and serious cracks should have prevented this item from leaving the vendor. I did not immediately contact Kardiel because the product was inspected by me, the packaging was already disposed of, and it wasn't worth my time or effort to send it back. So, caveat emptor. I love the chairs but i would'nt trust Kardiel's marble.

This couch looks great, but it is not comfortable. If you begin to slouch after sitting for awhile, your pants grab the buttons on seat and begin to listen them dramatically. I also paid an extra 150 dollars to have it delivered to my door and the delevery person could have cared less and dropped it where he wanted. Delivery people also had the couch sitting on their dock for days and I believed I had been scammed online until I finally tracked the couch down with multiple phone calls. Only the good style of the couch made me vote a 3 and not a 2.
