Overall what sold us was the sales video that went along with the listing. We acted hastily but don't have really any buyer's remorse. Unfortunately when delivered the delivery contractor dropped it. We saw it happen out our window but they made no mention of it. If we were more confrontational people we would have spoke up. The bottom corner of the unit is marred/chipped. It's unfortunate but we're not that bothered by it so much to complain. Still, it hurts to see a new piece of furniture harmed when you're so close to ownership. The legs are the weakest point. I feel they're just too skinny and it's only a matter of time before an aggressive angle of seating approach will cause catastrophic failure. This is something we would've noticed if we saw the unit in person prior to purchase. Aside from the deliveryman hurting the product and the seemingly weak legs we're quite satisfied. It's undeniably stylish. Final note: our cat's nails have caused a few scratches on the frame by accident when he was falling off or what have you. We were initially surprised as darkness of the stain to show such marks but again, we're not bothered. Good product, would recommend.

Excellent from a comfort perspective. Love that the entire platform is adjustable. This makes it great for a long call or to just relax to music. Leather is of very good quality, not sure I would consider it premium. I’ll need a few years to see its durability. I’m considered small, I do wish the chair was a bit wider. At least enough for arms to rest at my sides.

This piece is gorgeous and obviously very well made. However, it sits sooooo lowwww that it almost makes it difficult to use. If you never really put drinks on your coffee table and you don't use it to eat, it'll work just fine. We're still trying to get used to it, and must be honest that our golden retriever's sweeping tail is a bit of a concern! But it is gorgeous and actually, the fact that we can't eat at it makes us eat at the dining table together rather than in front of the TV. Win.

This piece is gorgeous and looks classy and clean in our modern home. It's the perfect fit. It's comfortable enough for sitting and chatting, but it's not a lounger. No headrest for leaning back and slouching. We've decided to use our lower level family room for watching TV/movies in our big loungy sectional, and keep this handsome devil in our open-floorplan great room. We threw a gorgeous silver sheepskin over the back of it and not only does it look fabulous, but it ups the comfort factor too.

I was really disappointed in the projected availability and delivery date. They'll tell you that their website is not intuitive but I caught them in a deliberate lie in regards to the in-stock date on their website. However, I received awesome customer service from Shayna, the delivery service was great and I love my sofa.
