Prior to our purchase I spoke with a sales representative by phone. He was helpful and it's nice to be able to be able to speak to someone directly involved in the business. The sofa arrived in a timely manner and was not damaged despite a small whole in the box. I withheld a star because there were no instructions as to how to attach the base. Hopefully we got it right.

Sitting in it now, loving the quality after awesome service. *would only suggest change local delivery service if possible.

I fell in love with Kardiel's Elektra chairs in buffalo plaid as they were a more affordable dupe to a high-end brand at twice the price. They were shipped on time and arrived about a week later. They came packed in a cardboard box surrounded by a wood crate. It took some serious effort to get the wood crate apart without taking a saw to the frame. So be prepared to deconstruct it in order to get the chairs out without damaging them. The only assembly is screwing on the legs with the included screws and tool and putting the cushions in place. The cushions are firm, so they're not the type of chair you're going to curl up in but they're great occasional/accent chairs. Love the pattern and shape and these will make me happy for a very long time!

For the money, this is a great value. Quality was on par with expectations. Delivery and assembly also easy. Took off a star for two reasons. A) the pads are not treated as advertised. Dropped water on them and soaked in. B) the pads don't have ties on them and slide around

All good, just took a little longer than I thought for the items to get here.
