Dealing with the delivery company
Dealing with the delivery company (which was different than the actual furniture company), was the most frustrating part of the entire experience. I was given a delivery date, then the date came and after taking a day off of work, was told it couldn’t be delivered. Then was given another delivery date. That date came and the exact same thing happened. Still no sofa. The sofa finally arrived, but was damaged so I had to refuse delivery, which meant more time waiting. The date was postponed three times! The only bright side was dealing with customer service at Kardiel. The representative was very understanding and tried her best to help in any way she could. I was very pleased the level of service, attentiveness and professionalism.
