Shipping was a little too

Shipping was a little too long. Delivered two pieces first. Company lost the third part of the couch and delivered next day which was very inconvenient for building. Overall not a bad experience

Dealing with the delivery company

Dealing with the delivery company (which was different than the actual furniture company), was the most frustrating part of the entire experience. I was given a delivery date, then the date came and after taking a day off of work, was told it couldn’t be delivered. Then was given another delivery date. That date came and the exact same thing happened. Still no sofa. The sofa finally arrived, but was damaged so I had to refuse delivery, which meant more time waiting. The date was postponed three times! The only bright side was dealing with customer service at Kardiel. The representative was very understanding and tried her best to help in any way she could. I was very pleased the level of service, attentiveness and professionalism.

Local delivery folks were nice. No surprise that will global supply issues (item was coming from Vietnam), item took several weeks.

King Bed Frame

Ordering process was easy and customer service answers questions relatively quickly. I would give 5 stars but the shipping process takes quite a while and the bed frame I ordered was missing two screws in the back of the headboard. Not a deal breaker and overall I feel like the bed is high quality for the price. I would order from Kardiel again.
