I had an exceptional customer service experience purchasing the Florence Love seat and Chairs. Kardiel kept me updated with the progress of my order - even held my order to wait for the 2. chair to arrive back in stock before shipping. They sent ETA, tracking #, a 1 minute read of what to look for when receiving my delivery and their complete shipping policy. All the information provided was very helpful.
