Excellent service from beginning to end!!!!

I had an exceptional customer service experience purchasing the Florence Love seat and Chairs. Kardiel kept me updated with the progress of my order - even held my order to wait for the 2. chair to arrive back in stock before shipping. They sent ETA, tracking #, a 1 minute read of what to look for when receiving my delivery and their complete shipping policy. All the information provided was very helpful. My furniture arrived very well packed without any damages and I will definitely purchase from Kardiel again. It was a fantastic buying experience. Thank you.

Both look gorgeous, fit our modern space perfectly!

The Florence couch in charcoal wool arrived in perfect condition & on time. Very well made with straight seams & quality upholstery. The 2 delivery men were unfriendly & unhelpful (a bad day?) I am very happy with Kardial

I had been searching online for a specific mid-century style coffee table for our recently remodeled beach house. Table is perfect, order and delivery experience went just as described. Will definitely go back to Kardiel for future purchases.
