Love the chair! Only negative was their shipping. Chair came in a large box which was encased in a wider crate. Trucking guy said he was only supposed to drop it off to the curb... I’m a single woman and have stairs up a little hill to get to my front door so I luckily was able to convince trucker to bring it up to my porch and he was mad. Then trying to get the crate open was not easy. Chair is lovely and all that protecting ensured it was protected.

When I received my new chair I was impressed how very well it was packed for shipping. Every piece was wrapped and protected from damage. I am also impressed with the quality of the chair. Especially for the price and because of it. Very affordable! It came in 3 pieces and was very easy to assemble. I did however find reattaching the upholstered seat and back a bit frustrating. I am very pleased with my buying experience with Kardiel and am planing to purchase furniture from them at a later date.

Very well made furniture. Fabric is beautiful and comfortable. I couldn’t be happier.

I was very nervous about what to expect, not seeing a lot of reviews from Kardiel but gave it a try. Everything came beautifully packed and VERY VERY easy to put together! (NOT IKEA STYLE PIECES!) maybe took me about 30-40 minutes to put the whole 7 piece patio set together by myself. great quality. very comfortable. very pleased. The shipping company was NOT as great… but I’m just reviewing the patio set… :)

I ordered two white Wassily chairs and the quality is absolutely perfect. However, what is astounding is the detailed communication Kardiel provides to the customer that gives peace of mind. Three or four detailed emails provided information of what to expect and when. This usually doesn't happen when ordering products online!. We imagined a two week delivery window and the chairs were delivered in a week. We have had black Wassily chairs for many years and thought the white chairs would look fantastic in our Florida Condo. We were so right. We won't hesitate a second to buy additional furnishings from Kardiel. This company is the real deal.
