My 1st plant arrived completely dead, and while the service was great getting a replacement, my biggest complaint, and the reason I would consider not ordering a large plant again, is the amount of waste associated with it. Between the dead plant and the replacement plant I had to use 8 garbage bags to get rid of the styrofoam waste, and the cardboard took two weeks to get rid of because I could only fit so much in my recycle bin. Obviously the packaging is necessary, but I don't now if it's worth ordering online over going out of my way to drive to a nursery.
