While the customer service is
While the customer service is generally good, and shipping methods/practices/packaging have gotten somewhat better over the past 5 years or so, I still ALWAYS receive damaged/broken, half dead, BUG INFESTED, root-bound, FILTHY plants that are badly leaning towards one directionor the other (clearly no one rotates the plants for even growth at ANY location, because I have received plants from FL & CA (and maybe a 3rd state, but I can't recall) and they are ALL the same issues, every time. The ecopots are WAY overpriced and constantly have issues - off coloring, imperfections, arrive broken, etc . . . I hoped Bloomscape would get better, but it seems they don't really care about their plants anymore! The plants I received several years ago were MUCH better, and every order since has been nothing but a disappointment. They do try to make it right . . . but it's by offering more sub-par plants, not a refund, and CERTAINLY not by making sure you get excellent plants for replacements! . . . I loved them at first, but now I highly recommend buying local instead - or finding a less expensive online plant retailer, of which there are MANY now!Even my local Wegman's grocery store had less expensive and better looking plants (including a triple Dracaena tree for under $50, and a red prayer plant for $4!). Do better, Bloomscape. . . do better :'(
