Plant arrived with too many yellow leaves.

Shipping was fine. Plant did not arrive in perfect condition

Had a tech issue with the bloomscape site when I purchased and my order was ordered twice, so charged twice- Bloomscape helped to resolve the issue. The delivery was on time. The boxes were completely trashed. Broken, bent etc...One plant suffered more than the other. The dirt in the pot/plant was packaged very well so there was little damage there. Main damage was the broken leaves and stems and transport trauma of the plant. Customer service was great to resolve the tech issue. 4 stars due to damaged delivery
