Everything was good except the tree arriving with no information and no gift message that we had requested.

Plant looked exactly as pictured. My mom loved it. Her gift message got mixed up with someone else’s though so she was confused when she received it.

They pack the plants well and directions are easy and clear If yiu need any other help they are happy to be of service
