I’ve moved and can’t receive here for over 3 years but still being charged a monthly fee or threatening to go to collections.

Honestly, this whole experience has been yucky. From the door to door sales person saying they were with the government then not knowing they ran my credit, getting lied to about cost, not getting told how long the contract was, to now not even using the filters because they said it would cost $90 to hook up to my new sink (even though it would be free if we moved?!). All bad. I don’t know how you haven’t been shut down. Waiting out my contract and never recommending this company to anyone.

I have booked 2 appointments to have my water filtration system upgraded and for both appointments no one showed up. 2 missed days of work and no call, text or email.

Dosent work how it supposed to, iv called and complained multiple times and they never tend to fix the problem , they say I have to change the filter more often , I change the filter and within 3-5!days it’s all black again, waste of money , picture of filter is 2 weeks old

I am honestly so excited to be almost done my contract with these scammers!!! I have never been so disappointed with a company as I am with these people. The lack of respect they have for their customers. I had some man come install my water filter, they made it so that the cold is dripping. So disgusting how they are.
