When I was taking a connection in my home, that time they said that there will be a complimentary filter change after 6 months, but they never arrived.. when we called them they said that they never promised me for the filter change.. it might be there way to create the coustmer..which was not right…Now I am planning to remove home water connection

I haven't been able to change the filters in months cause it's really hard and you will charge me to do it

Tried to cancel my bogus contract and the best they can do is charge me for a small unit (that they can’t install)and send me Amazon cards (which I’ve yet to receive)
