Last week I bought the system for $650.00.
This morning I received an email that the price is now reduced to $450.00.
Please fix this.

Ripped off
A tech came to install the filter but the water was still tasting bad. We had another tech come out and he told us the first tech didn’t even install the filter correctly at all. He then proceeded to tell us that we will need our apartment maintenance people to turn off the water so he can remove a pipe to install it. He told us that they would not charge us for the time being until they get it installed for the inconvenience. Couple days later I see a charge in my bank. Called customer support and they don’t want to let me return the filter and get a refund. Horrible customer service!

the only thing I don't
the only thing I don't like is that my cold water rubs very slow, abd there is stil quite of bit impurities floating in the water my family has gone back to buying bottled unfortunately it appears to be much clearer

A mi nadie me mencionó de contrato y ahora que hablo para decirles que no quiero el servicio no quieren según hay una llamada grabada que nunca me la muestran sigo esperando
