Ripped off
A tech came to install the filter but the water was still tasting bad. We had another tech come out and he told us the first tech didn’t even install the filter correctly at all. He then proceeded to tell us that we will need our apartment maintenance people to turn off the water so he can remove a pipe to install it. He told us that they would not charge us for the time being until they get it installed for the inconvenience. Couple days later I see a charge in my bank. Called customer support and they don’t want to let me return the filter and get a refund. Horrible customer service!
