I don’t like the way the water taste. It appears to be real thick and is unpleasant

The taste is not pleasant

It is real very hard to change the filter. Every time you get the replacement you have to fight at the same time you have to do it carefully because lines for the water are fragile.

I have been trying to sign into my account for weeks without success. I have been waiting for someone to get back to me with a solution. They will not send me any documentation on my account. Nothing has been workin ,so if someone from Home Water is reading this. CANCELL MY ACCOUNT , NOW!!!!!!!

Never send maintenance crew to make sure it is working tip top
